Contact and corrections
Email is the best way to reach us. We read every message about the site and its guides.
Write to [email protected]. Please include the page address if your message is about a specific guide.
Report an error
If an income limit, amount, program name or link is wrong or out of date, tell us what you found and, if possible, where the agency publishes the current figure. We check every report against the official source and update the guide and its change log when a correction is needed.
What we cannot help with
We are not a government agency. We cannot take applications, check the status of a case, decide whether you qualify or speed up a payment. For those, contact the agency named in the guide for your state; each guide lists the official place to apply. Never send us personal details such as your Social Security number or case number.
